What is the best plan for attempting P3 paper in the exam. can someone tell me how to solve p3 paper successfully within time limits, and also pass it with good marks

Question practice under time pressure as much as you can.
Know your models but don’t describe them – apply them to structure your answer for the scenario given.
What do you mean by good marks?
