Best Approach To Q1 (Compulsory part) of the Exam

First of all thank you very much for your excellent video lectures. I have found them to be immense in my understanding of the subject. Please keep up the good work.

I have found that I understand most of the subject matters in the syllabus although am struggling with answering exam questions and in particular the compulsory parts of this paper.

Could you advise general and perhaps specific approaches to dealing with Q1. How do you absorb such a huge amount of information! and how best to score highly in it.
