i have purchased Kaplan exam kit of p3 today and don’t have the time to study full book due to odd timing in audit firm, suggest me how should i go opentution notes, lectures and exam kit are enough to pass in first attempt ?
As salam u alykum.
Yes, they are enough to pass exams p3 in first attempt.
Listen to opentuition lecture of a topic, read it’s relevant opentuition notes & any technical article. Then practice 3 to 4 questions in timed conditions.Do read examiner comment related to the questions you attempt.
Attempt a mock exam in time.
Pray to Allah, Work hard and success will come.
Doing questions is important. You can’t pass just by reading and listening to Open tuition material – or any one else’s.
thanks for the help ill try to cover the lectures and notes in 15 days and then i will give last 1 month to practice questions from exam kit and past papers 🙂 should i use the same approach in p1?
Cover a chapter/topic then shift to attempting question related to that topic.
Don’t delay question practice.
Key is pass p1 is having knowledge & the ability to answer according to examiner requirement. For that you make sure you read answers of the question after you attempt them and do read the related examiner comments too as well as marking scheme.
Make sure you know the format of memo, letter, briefing notes etc.
miss A i don’t have a BPP kit, in the kaplan kit u don’t have topic wise questions
Are you sure Kaplan does not have a table, close to the start of the kit, showing questions by topic?
