Sir costs of benefits provided to employees, other than obv those of capital nature, are deductible trading expenses?
Each benefit is dealt with separately but if benefits are assessable as employment income then tax relief will be available to the employer – this will also include certain capital benefits like a company car where the the cost of the car will be eligible for capital allowances and the running expenses will be treated as a trading deduction
