Sir one last thing to ask abt project management. Sorry to bother you again and again.
In the bpp text in the six stages identified for benefits realisation, the third as follows I am not able to understand what its trying explain.
“Monitoring benefits
There should be regular monitoring of benefits realisation against the original business case and project programme. Adjustments may be required if it becomes clear the original plan is no longer realistic. It must be accepted that some projects will only be beneficial in enabling other projects to be successful.”
Is it trying to say that there might be changes to benefits realisation plan or what? What do u think?
It is just saying that everything changes and younhave to continually adjust to keep in line with current requirements.
So, there kight be a project to open 20 shops over the next 3 years. They might be planned in tbe project, but if the economy worsens, you might have to conclude that only 10 are needed and the project and jts benefits would bave to be changed.
Oh alright. Got it.
Thank you
