Belbin described the most effective character mix in a team. This involves eight necessary roles, which should ideally be balanced and spread in a team.
a person who is highly strong , extrovert, and passionate about the task fits into which of belbin’s role?
1) Plant
2) Complete finisher
3) Resource investigator
4) Shaper
A) 1, 2 and 3
B) 2, 3 and 4
C) 1,2, and 4
D) 1,3 and 4
i strongly believe a plant is not an extrovert not passionate but only introduce idea. And should not fit into the role
These are always hard. I don’t think the completer finisher fits this person. They are calm and methodical, not highlt strung.
That suggests answer D.
As you say, a plant is not an ideal fit, but these people are passionate, or can be, about their radical ideas.
waoooooooo “a plant is not an ideal fit, but these people are passionate” my mind skipped that thanks so much KEN GARRETT
