Behavioural aspects of management styles (Hopwood)

Hello. What is a budget constrained style, profit conscious style and non accounting style? Can someone explain clearly to me what each of them mean? What effects does it have on the job related pressure, management bias etc..? I want to understand it logically without reading by heart. Can someone help? Thank you.
