Good day sir,
I don’t understand how they calculated or came to know about the rate of interest before tax which is 8% according to answer.
(BPP revision kit question # 206 Grenarp Co. requirement “a”)
Under non-current liabilities, the loan notes are listed as 8% loan notes. So the interest on them is 8% 🙂
