Please, one question only:
In total, there has been an overspend of $339,400? How this figure appeared?
I have no idea how you arrived at an overspend of 339,400.
I can only guess that you are trying to compare the actual cost with the budget cost (although that does not give 339,400).However, for cost variances we never compare actual with budget (whether are are calculating basic variances, or whether we are calculating planning and operational variances). We compare actual cost with the standard cost of the actual production.
