BCO company is a not for profit organisation it relies on donation also has it own wildlife park and cake. its governance structure has a board of trustee(supervisory board) & management board
QUESTION – MENTION THE PRINCIPAL AGENT REALTIONSHIPS
DOUBT – shouldn’t the donar be the principal and board of trustee the agenet and management board the sub agent?
