These 2 matrixes seems to be very similar. How can I clearly differentiate which one to apply?

They are not very similar at all – other than both are matrices. You need to look at the information in the question to see which you could fruitfully use.
You can’t apply BCG unless you are given market growth and market size information. All products and markets currently exist.
Ansoff looks at potential new markets and potential new products.
