hi can you provide the range in terms of % for a relative market growth and for relative market share to be considered as high or low

For eg i have 12% market share & 25 % market growth.both appear low to me.

BCG does not specify cut-off points. In any P3 question it will be a matter of comparison and it will be fairly easy to decide on high/low growth rate and market share.
