Hi John,
Could you please clarify the two small questions:
1) The answer considers influence on SoFP and EPS separately. Should we care about adding something to RE, CA or CL based on EPS in other questions like this one?
Perhaps, a time-efficient comment would be OK?
2) Do I understand correctly that everytime property portfolio is mentioned, the rental income is considerrred? The key word is portfolio I mean. Am I correct?

1) Although there is nothing to lose by mentioning other things, there is certainly no need to because the question specifically asks for comments on just SOFP and EPS.
2) I don’t want to be awkward, but it is not just the word portfolio, but the words ‘property portfolio’ that are the key 🙂

Let me ask whether question BBS Stores worth doing one more time.
Thus, I had difficulties with this question doing it about two weeks ago.
Should I review this question given that it’s been prepared by the previous examiner (and the question is NOT usual I’d say).

BBS Stores is a hard question (harder that you would normally expect to see in the exam) but otherwise it is a good question and worth having a go at.
