Hi sir,
I had a doubt regarding the FV adjustment – Hil, which is the 7th adjustment in the question.
PPE is 1040 at acq. I do not understand why are we subtracting RE of 440 and Share capital of 500 for calculation of PPE post acq.

Also, didnt understand why we are adding the movement amt to CoS.
