Why are there no NIC implication for Bayle? (question Bayle Defender 06/11)

Are you looking at an updated version of this question in a FA2014 exam / revision kit or at the original version in the real exam that is on the ACCA website? My obvious answer to your question is however that NIC implications were not asked in the requirements to the question!?
