In bath co a part under the working of external sales Div B 🙂 it says max annual production including internal and external is 200,000
Max external demand is 180000 units
Max internal demand is 80000 units
So, why we took internal 80000 *75 and the remaining 120000 *80 in order to make 200,000(80+120)
Just wondering why don’t we take the other way external 180000*80 and internal 20000*75
Many thanks
The question says that currently A is only allowed to purchase from B and therefore 80,000 must go internally.
