Hi guys – in the OT Exam tips there is question “Base Group ( adapted past exam question )” which one is that in BPP revision kit ? thanks!

dont know about bpp but its in kaplan kit 2011. Its question 8 or 10 i think. Its about disposal where the control is lost and where the control is maintained
Hi – is it a past exam question ? you mean 2 subs with one control lost and the other was sale but control retained? thanks

yes it is a past exam question. Yes sale of 2 subs with one control lost and with the other subs control is maintained. Topics included within the Q are transaction between equity holders and gain or loss on disposal.
