Prior to the TDM and the current ‘My Experience’ methods for recording work experience, Student Training Record [STR] were used until 2007. There was/is a transitional provision whereby students who had accumulated the 3 years relevant work experience upto 31/12/2007 and got the STR signed off by their workplace mentor(s), then they could use that in lieu of TDM when applying for membership and ‘bank’ the first annual work experience return.
I was in a similar situation and so I ‘banked’ my annual return for 2008 and this used to appear in my online ERS/status report. However I was checking my ERS the other day and noticed that while the ‘time completed in a relavnt role’ is being updated with each year, the status against the Performance Objectives is now appearing as ‘To be achieved’ instead of the ‘Banked STR’ notification.
Anybody else who’s experiencing a similar situation?
