Hi sir, im confused about the bank transfer listing.

Is it a list of payments already made to employees through a bank transfer ?

Or

A list of payments to be made to employees through a bank transfer ?

Could be either depending on the date. Obviously a list of payments to be made is likely to become a list of payments made.
