Can below be considered as substantive procedure to obtain evidence concerning a bank loan(client miss payment):
1)REVIEW LOAN AGREEMENT AND SPECIFICATION.FOR THE LOAN PAYMENT MISSED DISCUSS WITH MGT HOW HE IS WILLING TO REPAY SAME
and
2)ENQUIRE WITH THE BANK BY SENDING CONFIRMATION LETTER. REVIEW IF ANY MORTGAGE OR SECURITY AT RISK
