Ballpoint vs fountain pen

Hi

I didn’t find anything about that in the exam regulation on the ACCA website: Do I have to write the exam with a ballpoint pen? Or is fountain pen ok?

The guideline is that a ballpoint pen should be used, but I think anything that is black ink is ok.

I use a Gel Ink Pen for the last few sittings and it has been fine
