    Good evening Madam Trephena,

Please i need an assistance over the above topic. Currently my word count for 3.1 (Business analysis) is around 1500 words but my word count for 3.2 (Financial analysis) is around 3000 words. Is it wrong to have a meaningful analysis this way regarding word count or should i have made the two sections of the PART 3 equal? Please i need urgent help over this.

    Thank You.

Look the word counts for sections are a guide. Provided you do not exceed the 7,500 words then overall there is no real problem. It is impossible for me to say whether your business analysis should be longer however it is important that it does not stand in isolation and that the factors linked to the financial analysis as much as possible.

Generally a lot of words are usually wasted by most students in the financial analysis repeating what the graphs already show or throwing an excessive amount of insignificant numbers at the marker instead of explaining what has driven strategic decisions and performance. Provided you avoid these common errors stop worrying 🙂
