    Hello sir
    Hope you are good
i dont able to distinguish b/w perspectives of balance scorecare

    –>customers=Whts important for our customers
Internal business=mostly same as efficiency or how we achive customers objectives<–

    One of BPP question 251
Q=The following performance measures has been suggested
Improve on the ‘on time arrival’ ranking of seventh best in the country
To which perspectives does this measure

Its look like this is customer perspectives because its important for our customers

but also its looklike as internal business because JAMAIR perform their jobs more efficently thats why they are able to arrive on time
    also this is customer objective

So sir whats the best way to distinguish b/w the objectives.

The internal business perspective is looking at how the company can save money by being more efficient. So, for example, having the planes on the ground for shorter periods of time does not make any difference to the customers, but will save the company money.

Having flights arrive on time is a benefit to the customers, but does not necessarily save the company any money.

So if i remember them as

if any statement in mcqs directly related to saving money its internal business

if any statement shows benefit to customers means its customer perspectives.

    is it fair??
