I have seen your lecture but please explain how we should deal with balanced scorecard or building block model questions in the exam. I looked into exam kit but I’m really struggling with it.
Are there any steps that you can suggest for these questions?
Have you attempted a past paper on balanced scorecard question in any of your lecture then please let me know which one is that.
You cannot really learn any steps. You do need to learn the terminology that goes with the two models, although exam questions do not usually require it – they are usually just expecting you to make use of the information given in the question so as to state where the company appears to be doing well or appears to be doing badly.
The only way really to get the hang of it is to practice the questions in your Revision Kit and see how the model answers approach it.
