Hello Sir
Could you explain the meaning of balance of probability with an example
A judge will look at the reasonableness of the two conflicting arguments put forward by the plaintiff and the defence and will try to assess which of the two has the more persuasive points
After listening to both sides, am I prepared to believe the claim put forward by the one party or is the defence put forward by the other more plausible
