I notice in the examiner’s comments for a question, he specifically mentioned that students must mention that the service was a business to business. I was wondering why this is necessary since from the scenario, if only business are mentioned , it would be obvious.
I cannot answer this without seeing the question.

I thing all the examiner wants is to ensure that a conventional retail website is not what is wanted eg NOT like Amazon that has emphasis on sales. In the system required by the question, the emphasis is on dealing with requesting and tracking rather than a fancy, glitzy system.
