the question is critically evaluate the decision made by ceo to use software package approach to automating the production process and explain y this approach is unlikely to succeed.
i will mention adv and dis of software packages. do i need to compare it with bespoke?
what is automating?Automating is not the same as bespoke, though developing bespoke software (or using a package) can be ways of automating.
