Are Auditors of both private and public company supposed to receive any copies of proposed resolutions?
if not can they insist?

They should be sent notice of the meetings and that notice will contain the resolutions to be discussed at those meetings

(It would be unusual for a private company nowadays to have auditors but it can happen)
