Has anyone got a useful checklist for what to include in a question asking for either audit tests or audit procedures or audit evidence?

With regards to audit test, you examine factors which will lead to wrongfull audit evidence. The effectiveness of the internal controls and all other control systems. How authorization and suppervision is effected. Is there segregation of duties. Are activities well planned and management actitude to strategical matters.
Audit procedure; concentrate on, Inspection, observation, recalculation, analytical procedures etc
