Audit risk – inexperienced auditor

Hello,
I am looking at question 1 in March/June 2016 sample. Point (b) requires to identify audit risks – is inexperienced audit team an indicator of an increased audit risk (more specifically, detection risk)?
The model answer does not mention it and that’s why I keep wondering…

Yes, I suppose that you could claim that an inexperienced audit team represents an audit risk because of their more likely propensity to uncover errors
It could be seen as stretching a point but if you have nothing else to say then that could well earn you a point
