Sir , what do this mean? An increased risk of inappropriate cut -off of revenue .. It’s an answer from a question relating to a scenario of bonus relating to client sales team as a revenue increased by 15% but receivables became higher than last year and there was a concern about the creditworthiness of some customers . The bonus target was based on increasing the number of customers signing up a 24 months phone line contract .

What do you mean “What does this mean?”

I could turn this round on you and ask “If there is a bonus payable to the sales team based on increasing the number of customers signing up to a 24 month contract but there is a question about the recoverability of the receivables figure, how will that affect the company / financial statements / going concern / provisions for doubtful debts”

    I don’t know what you’re asking?

    Please give me a clue

And are you sure this is an F7 question?

Mike , please, I am so sorry , this question is directed at F8 paper . I am so stressed up thinking of F7, F8 and F5. I could have just entered for F8 alone .
