Sorry Sir am confused as to why now unqualified report becomes a clean report and qualified report un clean report
I don’t know why you ask “why NOW” – it has always been the case that a report that includes the expression “In our opinion …. show a true and fair view/fairly presents” – i.e. everything is “fine” – is described as “clean”.
The correct term for the opinion that “everything is as it should be” is unmodified.
If the auditor says “everything is as it should be except ….” the auditor is expressing some reservation … the technical term for this is the “qualified opinion”. This is one of the three opinions that are collectively described as “modified opinions” – the other two are adverse and disclaimer and these are clearly explained in the notes – starting page 40.
