Hi ,
I am writing exam next week and got really confused with the format of modified audit report. Please confirm if the basis of adverse/modified opinion para is place after the opinion paragraph.

If you could revert soon it would be great. Cheers.

It certainly is, immediately after, and retitled as appropriate … something like “Basis of qualified opinion”
