Sir,
In the audit report if the matter is material but not pervasive.It is a qualified opinion.It should be except for.Does it mean that financial statements are true and fair.

The report will say that except for….. the FS give a true and fair view.
The FS are therefore not completely T&F but the problem is isolated.
