Hi,
would we be asked in the exam to draft a basis para for example or likes of a similar para?

Short answer NO

You must be able to state the title of the paragraph in the circumstances e.g.”Basis for adverse opinion” and explain the reason for it, but that is not the same as drafting the paragraph.
