hello!
so what do we need to consider when auditing performance information in public sector? any question to practice? pls post on here!
Planning:
-understand the information and how it is collected by its management information systems
– Discuss process of gathering information with Management
-understand the quality of the information (ACCURATE Characteristics) in particular reliable and relevant.
-any criteria used/quality assurance?
-KPI’s – measurement if it is relevant and clear
on another note..my docket says to be at the centre 2 hours before exam,,is this a new requirement? can someone please confirm?
