Sir Part A of the text “Audit framework and regulation”, is it necessary to study everything in detail or should I just read through it because it is likely be examined only in Section A right?
Another doubt sir, will chapters like “Professional ethics and quality control procedures” be examined in Section B of the exam paper as well?
Even for an OT-case Q you will need to know the details but it is unlikely that all 5 Qs could be drawn from syllabus area A.
They syllabus and study guide states “Section B of the exam will PREDOMINANTLY examine one or more aspects of audit and assurance from planning and risk assessment, internal control or audit evidence, although topics from other syllabus areas may also be included.”
Ethics/QC could certainly come up (in, for example, a planning Q), but clearly could not be worth as much as 1/2 of the marks.
Thank you so much Sir.
You’re welcome
