That’s a BIG question!
Speeding to a client’s premises to meet a statutory deadline – you’ve no defence
Assisting a client to arrange a bribe – you’ve no defence
Watching your client commit a criminal wrong and not reporting it – you’ve no defence
This applies to all the client’s employees, not just the senior management
Remember, the auditor is above reproach
It could be interesting to read the audit report for Tesla this year – have you read the recent (today) post of mine on the P1 general forum?
