Hi John,
Please I’m unable to locate which chapter covers assessing the paper bids. I.e
Which lecture cover where acquisition is financed by cash/ paper bid and then we have to estimate the impact on both groups of shareholders
Or where company is paying max premium how that impact the group?

NThere is no specific lecture on it, because it does not require any techniques that are not covered in other lectures.
The problem is more one of approach, which is why there are lectures working through a few past exam questions in the ‘Revision Kit Live’ section that is linked from the main AFM page.
