My question is in the bpp study text chap 17 Assessing Non Financial performance measures there are 6 topics in detailed,that i’ve listed below:
1) Non financial measures and performance measurement. 2)Performance measure of manufacturing business. 3) The balance scorecard. 4) Economy efficiency and effectiveness
5) Perfoemance measurement for contract and process costing environment
6) performance measurement for servicesThese 6 topics is being breifly described in the study text but unfortunately in the opentution notes it covers only 2 topics Balance scorecard and 3E’s please tell me are these two topics enoungh for this chapter and the rest of one are examinable or not please somebody help me.
Our notes do not cover only two topics! They also cover performance measurement for services (Firtzgerald and Moon) and also the Balanced Scorecard is for the performance measure of manufacturing companies.
Our free notes and lectures cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well. There is no point whatsoever in using the notes on their own – they are lecture notes and it is in the free lectures that I work through the examples and explain and expand on the notes.
I apologize for the misunderstanding. But sir are your notes enoungh for this chap or i go ahead further for the book. I mean in the book its been written in very detailed and i don’t have enough time.
Please guide me should i read Perfoemance measurement for contract and process costing environment.
and further Performance measurment in public, local and central govt are these topics examinable or they are only written for the purpose of giving extra knowledge to the students.
