Could u plz clarify the difference between Accounting defects and Mistakes in Argenti Score corporate failure method plz? I mix both of them

I can’t say much more than listed on P106 of our notes. Eg a defect is having no cash flow plans. A mistake is too high gearing or overtrading.

Thinkmof a defect as a defect in management and the mistake is a wrong decision that might arise from that.
