Are these two the same thing :

1- ACCA’s Rules of Professional Conduct
2- ACCA’s Fundamental Principles on Ethics

In BPP Text…no where I would find the no. 1 and in Kaplan Kit no where it is asked about no. 2

Please need an urgent reply…
