The lectures as stated by the lecturer are relevant through 2019-2020. I was wondering if I could rely on them for Sept 2021.

There were no listed changes to syllabus for 2020-21 from 2019-20 and there are very few minor changes for 2021-22. For details see following documents on syllabus as PDFs on website-

Using existing notes and lectures should therefore be fine. Hope this helps.
