Are tenders in the sylabus?

hi again sir, i saw an old question which mentions define tender with regards to offer and acceptance…is that still in the syllabus?I have checked and there is no mention of it

I don’t think they are. But, if you have checked and can’t find any mention of them within the detailed syllabus then ……no, they are not in there!
