I wish to sit for f5 and f7 and maybe for f9 for march 2017, can i study from the notes and lectures currently available (which read as ‘for Dec 2016’) or should I wait for new/updated notes/lectures?
The syllabuses are not changing for March 2017, and so the existing notes and lectures are valid.
