    Hello, I just wanted to inquire,
    When calculating NPV, IRR
    Is it okay to use excel formulas to calculate them?

    Yes it is OK and you should use them.

    Do look at the links given in the last chapter of our free lecture notes and be aware of all the formulae that are available in the spreadsheet given in the exam.
