Hi, On the 2017 BPP study text they are saying that it is applicable for September 2017-August 2018 exams and I am wondering if they are enough to pass F3 – Financial Accounting CBE exam in 2019? Does anyone know if there were some major changes in the materials?
The syllabus has not changed except for the treatment of discounts allowed, which is explained in my free lectures, and so the books you have are fine.
If you are watching the free lectures then you do not really need to use the Study Text. The lectures are a complete free course for Paper FA and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
The important book (however you choose to study) is the Revision Kit. It contains lots of exam standard questions for practice, and practice is vital to passing the exam.
