Does the term “UNCITRAL ARBITRATION” mean , the use of arbitration exclusively
in trade disputes
UNCITRAL is of course the core legal body within the UN and in the field of international trade law. So if you refer to UNCITRAL Arbitration it is in the context of international trade law disputes.
