Mike my question is suppose i have entered in a contract with you and either one f us breached the terms of the contract and we take the issue to an arbitrator .if i am not satisfied with out come which court do i appeal to?in my country or in your country?

I imagine that the arbitration agreement clause will specify the country in which an appeal should be lodged
Why are you asking this? This is almost 100% guaranteed not to be asked in F4!
