B.P.P page 179-181 talk about regulation of takeovers,EU takeover directives,regulation of large takeovers.
Are these things examinable?if yes then explain how because i really dont want to cram

The examiner does not expect detailed knowledge of the regulations – just be aware that there are regulations that exist and the basic reasons for there being regulations
